Shimanodai Moringa Soba is made with domestically grown, pesticide-free moringa powder grown in-house. This dried noodle (best-by date: 12 months from date of manufacture) is a healthy soba noodle made with the nutritious superfood moringa. Kanemiya, a maker of moringa soba noodles from northern Echigo, was founded in 1925 and produces its own naturally aged, naturally dried noodles. Carefully selected buckwheat ingredients are carefully kneaded with saltwater made from local groundwater and the underground waters of Mt. Omine, then naturally dried using traditional methods. These smooth, chewy noodles retain their firmness even after boiling, and are rich in the aroma of moringa. Enjoy them hot or cold.
