It comes from Yamagata City, the city with the highest ramen consumption in Japan. This product is dried noodles. The expiration date is one year from the date of manufacture. It combines the flavors of Japanese dashi with the umami of chicken and vegetables, and is finished with a slightly sweet soy sauce base. The soy sauce-based soup, which combines the flavors of soba dashi with the umami of chicken and vegetables, is perfectly matched with the smooth noodles, which have a rich flavor of high-quality wheat.
