Description
These are boiled Okinawa soba noodles made with wheat flour, cooking oil, salt, and kansui (alkaline water). Each 1kg bag contains four 250g servings. This popular Okinawa soba is sold at local Okinawa soba shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, mainly in Okinawa City. This product is refrigerated (shipping charges including refrigeration fees are separate). It does not come with soup or toppings. The expiration date is five days from the date of production. It is shipped the morning it is produced, so please consume it within two to three days of arrival. It can be frozen for up to one week after arrival. Please allow it to thaw naturally before eating.
