Ingredients: Beef tendon (domestic), burdock, miso [soybeans (non-GMO)], sugar, reduced starch syrup, sake, mirin, sake lees, ginger, beef extract, soy sauce, kelp extract, mixed bonito extract, yeast extract, onion powder, garlic powder, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), trehalose. Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
