Ingredients: Beef tendon (domestic), burdock, miso [soybeans (non-GMO)], sugar, reduced starch syrup, sake, mirin, sake lees, ginger, beef extract, soy sauce, kelp extract, mixed bonito extract, yeast extract, onion powder, garlic powder, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), trehalose.
